Me too Saucy, Amitriptyline is the one I take. I dont get stressed or anything though. I take it before bed and within an hour I'm zzzzzz. Getting up is rough though.

Do you mind saying how much you take?
I started on it just at night but they've slowly increased how often I take it, and how strong it is. It sucks...makes me feel really stressed and icky

25g tablet just once a day taken an hour or so before bedtime. Through the day I top up with paracetomol, codeine, ibuprofen, migraleve and my dizzy tablets (cant remember name) as and when required (i dont take them all at once!).

I would suggest having a browse on the Fibro forum - http://www.ukfibromyalgia.com/forums/ or here - http://www.fibromyalgia-associationuk.org/community/index.php - and see what alternative tablets are mentioned. Tablets shouldnt make you stressed or icky

EVENING bluddy freezing here tonight - got the heating on and still feeling cold. have to pick up a package from the post office , think its my aprons and bags but the thoought of going out again just doesnt inspire me at all. Another £13 on ebay today. right away to get the tea on and might just might get to the post office before closing time, have a good evening will pop backlater

Thanks Cally- can't do any listing til OH gets home from work as he needs to write the descriptions ( boys toys!) and he's doing overtime this evening :-/

might get the blog update done tonight instead and then get all the stuff ready to list on Sunday.
