Glad things may get moving for you. I am sure that others will also email their details to Guy. We will have to make others aware of the post though as it will most probably get drowned in posts after it.

Yes Marshallka I hope so to. I also wonder how many people went through PIL and then have not posted on here again and have disappeared back into the big wide world. I wonder how many people are worrying themselves silly over all this.

It wasn't just PIL was it maxdp that have misled. What about all those that went straight to Loanchecks website. If you add all them up too and the solicitors have paid for those clients also (the first audit fee) then lots of money has been made by some!!! I wonder how the agents/master agents got paid? A couple who claimed on here not to have been paid have not posted again. I would think they were on about their back end fees (getting techie now as seen it on Cartel threads) but i would think they were paid to pass cases on. The more they put through the more money they made from the audit fees do you think.

    Hi all

I have emailed my details too, so hopefully something will be done.
Sent you a PM millwallpaul. Worked it out just for the PPI paid as best I can and it worked out for mine (similar dates also) this way. You are due some serious cash and I would think that you need to now get this complaint to FOS against the insurer. Was it Cassidy Davis by any chance?

You do not need to actually state ANY figures to make the complaint though. Just get it in quickly as you paid up in 2002. Have you got your papers back from the solicitors?

Definitely Marshallka this is just the tip of the iceberg here. As you said before we need to keep this in the forefront at the moment to see that as many people see this as possible. Tee Hee I like your techie knowledge. You will be asking for "True copies" soon.

Yeah but where are the other complainers? I have a strange feeling about some of the posters TBH cause there was obviously a lot of blame pushing for some reason. Obviously reasons we have yet (IF ever) to find out? I just hope it all comes out on site. Loancheck should actually be minted according to posts from interviews of JW on the net. They had loads of clients so they said OR were they telling porkies?????????????????? What reason would they do that? They were touting for investors at one point weren't they!!!

How many companies then did Loancheck actually open and then go bump and then open more I wonder? I wonder why they went bump TBH if their figures of how many clients they had helped claim back were true? I have also seen a few "begging" for investors articles. I bet they will have to pay them all back now though from the money they have made from "all" the clients they have helped if they actually got any investors.

I understand that they did get investors Marshallka. One of the larger investors is not too far away from here. So I understand. How will these people get their money back I wonder. Tink that has all been spent.
