Disabled Driver - Car Hire

Does anyone know if any Car Hire Companies in Spain offer discounts to disabled drivers?
My husband is disabled and can only get into 'high' cars like MPV's, he can't bend enough to get into lower cars, therefore we have no choice but to go for a more expensive car even if there's only 2 of us.
I wondered if anyone knew if there were any deals that may help with the cost?

Car hire prices have jumped in Spain over the last two years due to reduction in fleets, therefore I would be very suprised if they would give a discount on one of the more expensive and scarce cars.

Even if you pay for a specific model of car, there is no guarantee that is what you will get.

I thought it was worth the ask. My poor hubby just can't get into the smaller cars, I remember taking a scenic in for a service and being given a very low courtesy car and they couldn't understand why it was not a suitable replacement (they knew it was a motability car)!
I think we'll have to bite the bullet and go through an English company (even though they're more expensive) in the hope that if we explain we'll get the car we pay for. It is galling though to have to pay up to £200 more (for 2 weeks) because we can't use the 'economy' cars.
