I've used lastminute for theatre tickets 6 times. Three times we got the seats we booked, three times we got upgraded. Hairspray the theatre was full and we were upgraded from 3rd price to top price!I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. I used lastminute.com for Sister Act earlier this week.
Collected tickets at box office without any problem.0 -
I used them last year for "Cage" - and got a brilliant seat middle of 4th row stalls - was really pleased - collected the ticket at the box office.
Booked for Woman in Black this year - ticket was supposed to be sent to me - never arrived but a quick email told me my ticket would be at the box office - and it was!
So, I'd say, go ahead - they're a large organisation and seem to know what they are doing.0
