    Hi,
we shop online with Tesco's & have done for years ... no complaints :D
the service is great & on the odd occasion we've checked and there have been items missing i've rung customer services & had the refund right back on my card.
my mum however can't get along with them ... she used to have her order delivered on a friday night and whatever she had planned for dinner never came ... and they never substituted it with something she wanted ... think she's just fussy ... now she goes into store instead ... totally mad :rotfl:
    i don't know how i'd cope without my tescoman he's fab :A

Tesco online shopping is good, only bad thing about it is when you buy fresh produce, eg 6 loose apples, they pick the largest they can :)

Oh yeah, and we ordered 1KG of grapes by mistake once, not their fault though :D

I did online with asda once, just once, i got an offer voucher £10 off your first shop. It all went through, I got the stuff delivered (all ok, rude delivery man), then the next day, the amount was taken off my card AGAIN plus the £10!!! This sent me overdrawn, blah blah blah, and when I rang to sort it out, the girl said "oh, this happens all the time"!!! like i said, i did it just the once.
