HELP with Orange

hi I was on a PAYG with Orange and rand up about 2nd Jan 2009 to change to contract phone. The sales person managed to sell me

£26 on a 18month contract.
so phone arrived a few days later due to snow....................when I rang up to register they had me on the wrong package though I sorted it then.
so my bill came 17th Jan and they STILL had me on the wrong package etc and less mins so I got charged for things i thought i had included.
2 weeks later with various phonecalls in the last 2 weeks they have changed my tariff 5 times without my knowledge and are trying to charge me more. I have threated to cancelled and will do on Monday when the person i need to speak to is in.
but is there anyway on monday i could MAKE them sort the package out etc and giving me discount etc ? ADVICE PLEASE! thanks
