I rang it today... didn't think it would work for me but to my suprise it did!! and i got straight through to a very nice lad called Simon who then said i would need the technical dept so he transfered me to a "nice scottish chap" sorted out my problem in minutes ..very happy, thank you Riskybusiness20020
