Capital spending.(keep full details)
Gifts (keep details of recipients and amounts)
Deputy Expenses
Security Bond
Expenditure on Property
Bank Transfers/Money in
clothing /toiletries
personal spending


Hope that helps and keep receipts for everything.

I did my accounts weekly on Excel and kept all receipts in a shoe box as I would never have remembered everything.

A lot depends on what category you have been placed in, 2, 2A etc on what they require and that depends on the amount of the estate and your relationship to the person.
