Cheapest price for BT broadband (no LLU)

It's a bit galling to look at other ISPs and see offers like TalkTalk's £6.99/month with 40GB download when I'm stuck with BT in an Exchange without LLU.
What's the best offer anyone has had for Option 1 (10GB download) and Option 2 (20GB download)? So far I've had £12.99 for Option 1 and £15.99 for Option 2, with line rental at £12.79 / month.
