It won't send me a confirmation email of what I bought, I've hit the resend button 4 times now in the communication page. Nothing. Checked my spam folder, nothing there either. Been 12 hours since i made the order

My entire order is still awaiting payment...is everyone elses? Without the real time stock, I am sure they are going to have too many orders and not enough stock - hence why they have "hidden" clearence corner all together.

you cant add or ammend the order, i just called them up as i found something else i liked but even they cant do that.

last night they had over 200 order on the clearance section and have had to take it down as they are that busy.
alot of the products will now be out of stock so any orders placed today will proably take a while to get dlivered


A NOTICE TO THOSE WITH "AWAITING PAYMENT"
This will not change. They will just send you an email when your order is getting dispatched.
So no point checking on the website for the wherabouts of your order.

Cheers mate thanks for the info, I guess we will have to cross our fingers and hope! With it being Friday today, I guess we won't get our stuff until Monday anyway.

Yeah I second that. I was looking for an MP3 player for the OH too so well timed.

Their website is not the best I have to admit but at these prices you really cannot complain.
