o2 bill
my hubby was with carphone warehouse but wanted to upgrade to the iphone so now his bills come directly from o2, but thats the problem they arent sending the bill. he didnt sign up for online billing and they have taken 3 payments without sending a bill, the first caused bank charges because we had no idea it was due, i registered him online so now i know when it comes out and how much ect, but should they still not be sending him a bill. i have sent numerous e-mails and when we call we just get passed from pillar to post. me checking online at the minute is fine but i cant always get online. can they really just take money without telling him how much?

Its usually online itemised bills or paper bills, if you want paper bills you are generally charged £1-3 for them. You need to look up your bill every month online to ensure it is correct.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0 -
iPhone biling is online - and that's part of the contract. There is no paper itemised billing available (or at least there wasn't as of May last year)
You can request paper copy bills in arrears but you'd need to phone up every time and it's chargeable.
The online service sends an email when your bill is generated - if you aren't getting this phone O2 and change your email address on your account. If you change it to an address you can set up on the iPhone then you'd get notification of this on the phone
Also - you can check the o2 website on the iPhone........ so not being able to get online is hardly an excuse.0 -
O2 notified me last month that my bills would be available online only and they would not be sending out paper bills any more, I believe this is their new policy. If you call them, they should be able to give you your user name, the password will be the same as the one on your account.Motto: You gotta be in it to win it!:j

My bro's o2 contract ended on 31st Jan and he was getting paper billing till then but could not view them online.
Can someone please clarify if o2 paper billing costs anything.
I know if you want itemised billing then there is a 99p charge.
And if you are on mobile broadband or iphone tariff - there is no paper billing.
If you have neither of these, can you still ask for paper billing and no to online billing?0 -

If you are on a normal contract then a basic paper bill is free but contracts and upgrades are processed as online billing unless specifically asked for.
melamoo, you say you didn't know when it was being taken and you wern't billed for 3 months, why didn't you phone your network up to ask these questions? They are telling your husband how much the bill is, just not in paper form, he has an Iphone and can log into his account on the handset at any time.Work like you don't need money,Love like you've never been hurt,And dance like no one's watchingSave the cheerleader, save the world!0
