Just as well I didn't go,I choose last night to get a nasty D and V bug..spent most of the night/early morning in the bathroom....(Still, it's good for the diet!!!)

Hugs SRM, I had that before Christmas and lost 4lbs! So very very good for the diet.

I found eating some dried toast or plain pasta when you feel up to it, will help.

Morning all! Well the party was great last night, i`m so happy i got to meet most people (the rest of you i`m sure i`ll meet at the next meet) last night. Bunny you looked stunning & no where near 40!!

Aww i missed the pictures knew i shouldn't have gone to bed!!

anyways i've been a busy bee this morning its lovely and sunny here so i've got 2 loads of washing on the line, another in the washing machine

Beef joint is in slow cooker (the water has gone a very dark brown is that right?) I've made an apple crumble which has turned out better than my first attempt and a bananna cake is in the oven (third time lucky) the country mix has been soaked and boiled ready to bulk out the mince but needed a sit down cause my hip and leg are now hurting

I've got no bolognaise sauce mix or jars here to make a lasagne or a bolognaise so if anyone can help me out with that i'd be very grateful, (i have a chilli sauce mix but never done chilli before)
