    It doesnt work on all Virgin Contracts.Thats probaly why SF only say it works on T-Mobile or Orange.

    Thanks, I didn't know that. Just for information mine is Virgin-30 (200mins, 300texts).

    I read on another 07744 site which i dont wish to promote here.That its allowed in most cases but their are some exceptions.They were not any clearer then then that.

    Any knows how Virgin handles billing?. I received my mobile on 25th and Virgin says my billing date is 1st of every month.

    Is it the same billing date for everyone?.

    I received my mobile on the 10th and my first Virgin bill is also dated the 10th.

    The customer service sounded obvious that billing date will be 1st of every month, let me wait till tomorrow and I will ask him again.

    Any idea, how to find whether I am getting paper/online statements?. It seems I will be getting only one of them. With Orange I can get both.

    I got a paper statement, but I can also view online.
