    You can do - does no harm I suppose. :D

    The FOS cannot intervene or involve themselves in anything unenforceability wise, only on the processes or actions taken by the lender. You need to be speaking to the ICO regards the misuse of Date (DPA)....

    hi mate,

    I have filled in the complaint forms for the FOS, ICO and i will be sending a complaint to the OFT, these will be posted tomorrow, I have included all letters, copy's of the CCA proof of postages etc etc

    I have also done a letter for shop direct to detail what iam doing, and have given them notice under s.10 to cease and desist.

    will wait and see what the outcome is..

    thanks for all your help and I will keep you posted on how it goes.
