apple iphone wi-fi connection
someone please help me.
I was trying to connect to wi-fi in a mcdonalds near my house (which is a hot spot). This is the first time i am trying this.
When I sit in the mcdonalds, it automatically recognised 'cloud' and asking 'if you are a o2 mobile customer, enter your mobile number' etc.
Not sure what this means !
Do we need to have data allowance with O2 to use this?
I thougt it is free.
can someone explain as to how to access this for a first time user. thanks a lot.

I don't know which plan you are on, but the first time you use the wi-fi in a hot spot, you have to enter your O2 number.0 -
If its an O2 iPhone with an O2 iPhone sim you should have a data allowance on it.
Just enter the info it asks for and you should be off, if it's not working. . .
Is it an O2 iPhone sim ? Or some other O2 plan just stuck in an iPhone ?0
