I'd steer well clear of Smiley Central - I know too many people whose machines have been screwed up by it. I've no evidence to support my view, but I believe it to be loaded with spyware - for a freebie, they do an awful lot of advertising and must pay for it somehow.
I only exist in my own mind - if you can see, hear or read me, you are a product of my imagination.

It does make me wonder how its funded but i've just read the terms and cons and they say no adware,no spyware,no pop ups.I may give it a try see how it goes.----my outlook needs a lift and i dont really want to change to another email.

One of the posters on this board called Murphy The Cat is a great Firefox recommender. He always seems to come up with great smilies and emoticons and says it is inbuilt into his Firefox (might be an add-on .. I am not up with these things). You could try chasing Murphy up, he might be able to give more information.

    Hi Catford

as Ivan said, I've got Mozilla and as far as I'm concerned, it works great. One of the nice things with it, is that you can easily customize it with "add-ons". I'm not a techie monster, so if I can do it, anyone can.

Firstly, decide if you want Mozilla/Firefox and if you do download it from here, then once you are up and running download smileyXtra4 from here, customize it to how you want it and way hay, it's party time. ketten_015.gif.

It's free, has no nasty ads / spyware, doesn't fill your pc with junk, has right clickability, contains at the last count 1835 smileys and is getting updated all of the time. But I don't know if it works in Outlook, but if definitely works here.

In fact I've just found this one which is rather splendid.
