I think I have a problem with eating wheat. I've suspected it for a while now, but have felt so awful today. Had an ounce of Raisin Wheats for brekkie, and a ham salad barm for lunch but felt so ill this afternoon. Really really bloated, and very headachy
Spud I am found out the same in the last few weeks when off CD. Everytime I would have anything wheat based it would look like I was pregnant. I think its going to be low carb, low wheat plan/lifestyle when I refeed0 -
