It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Snaggs, you can tuck Sammy up in a corner then, she'll probably be asleep by 9.30!
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

Spud I def have a wheat intollerance..bloat like a bloat fish and I just don't loose any weight if I eat bread. Have been eating crumpets this week and OMG I have the stomach of a 6 month pregnant woman ATM

Bread definately doesnt like me. My stomach isnt great at the best of times, but I was so embarrassed today We had a training day and was sat trying to cover it up with my scarf. Couldnt even sit up straight in the end because I was in so much pain :(
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches

Its a Tasmanian sparkling blush Pinot Noir - absolutely gorg!
    Tigress Sparkling Ros! NV, Tasmania
After meeting Fran Austin on a trip to Hardy's Bay of Fires winery two years ago, it was easy to see that together with the fizz supremo Ed Carr, she was making some of the best sparkling wine in Tasmania. Like this salmon-pink blend of two-thirds pinot and one-third chardonnay, whose scented aromas and strawberry ripple-style fruitiness with toasty undertones make a good-looking alternative to pink champagne.

£13.99! You must be a posh bird! :o
    Enjoy!
I don't fancy mt malteasers - too tired for some reason.

Just in passing the Jacobs Creek sparkling chardonney is a good buy and very nice.
  • Bubbles are the bestest! Isn't Newcastle in the opposite direction to the one you are all heading in tomorrow?
Good wine needs to breathe, if it stops breathing try mouth to mouth.
