Spud, if it happens again, there's a 'hide' button if you hover your mouse at the side of one of your posts (in his news feed) - that will give you the option to 'Hide Spud' - but then nothing of yours will come up at all on his feed.

You CAN customise pretty much everything so that the things you post are visible to 'everyone except xxx', it takes a few minutes to do, but it can be done if there are certain things you don't want him to see, for example.

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Thanks Snaggs. He gets my news feed anyway, he just had row after row of 'Spud commented on' and 'Spud likes' on his page. They've disappeared now, but wouldnt like to think of certain other fiends knowing my every move (I delete those kind of posts from my home page)

I think I have a problem with eating wheat. I've suspected it for a while now, but have felt so awful today. Had an ounce of Raisin Wheats for brekkie, and a ham salad barm for lunch but felt so ill this afternoon. Really really bloated, and very headachy :o
