Which bill to send to E2save

Hi, I've just received my 3rd bill from e2save, I always thought I was supposed to send my 4th however on my cashback breakdown as below:
I've just received the bill today and it says "invoice date 7 july 2006", so I have to send the one I received today right? (which is the 3rd bill).
Also if someone could clarify which address to send it to, I'll be using special delivery hence dont want to end up sending it to wrong address!

yep the third bill actually is the bill they want you to send i called them up to confirm this ...... just waiting for my july bill which is my third bill to arrive as well. I will also be sending mine special delivery ... let me know how you get on0
