DH did have a phone with 3, but it was paid by direct debit. Waiting for letter from 3 at the moment. Will sit tight, should I let them know about the address change?

  • Subbing.... :)
  • Also, to me, from what they have put in the letter, it sounds as if they are trying to get you to call them. Don't do that an any cost. If they contact you, say you are still waiting for the relevant paperwork from them and that you want all correspondence in writing, then hang up. DO NOT answer any of their questions, not even to confirm who you are.
My god they are !!!!!!!! lol :-)

DH has finally got in touch with 3 after they sent a letter to him, and 3 can't find him on their system at all, can't find his name OR the 3! addresses he's provided as he can't remember where he was at the time of having the contract :)

Wondering if there was any way of claiming compensation after the stress of this over us has helped my ME/CFS to go backwards. Just an idea

You agreed to make a payment to Roxburghe (UK) Ltd. as part of a plan to settle your outstanding debt. (We didn't respond to the above letter as I rang OTELO) Your payment plan is a legally binding contract and your failure to pay constitutes a breach of your legal obligations under this contract.
As a consequence of your breach, an administration charge of £12.50 has been added to your account. Also any accrued interest will also be added back to your account in the event of continued non-payment.

To discharge your liability you need to make payment direct to this office.

Just who do these idiots think they are?
They have no legal powers to any money off you.

Tell them to get lost other wise you'll have them reported to the OFT & trading standards and tell them to go shove their £12.50 charge were the sun dont shine
