You will be lucky if you come out of a branch with any Ts and Cs is my experience.
So far I've had around 4 complaints with wrong interest on different accounts, 4 lots of compensation for incompetent misinformation, and some of that even from their own Customer Complaints Dept too!0 -

Similar to my experience. I wouldn't touch this shower again with a barge pole - no matter how high their incentives and rates.0 -
.... Although similar to Mary, and as I've said several times before in other threads, because of their incompetence I've had more money out of them in compensation than I ever have in interest !!!!!0

Exactly my sentiments. If it wasn't for the hassle factor you have to suffer, you almost secretly want something to go wrong, so then you can milk the situation!!! Likewise, never again, will I take out any of their products whatever the rate as well.0

Hmm. I'm determined not to regret going for their current account. I really would love 6% interest, but after this thread (well, and others!) I'm not too confident about getting it.
Out of interest, does anyone know where to find the customer ID? Apparently I need it to speak to them. I haven't yet had any statements, nor is it on any correspondence I've received from them, but you can't get through to a person without one!
