Callling 150 to check Mins on Orange 30 Day contract?

I am on a 30 Day rolling contract with Orange and when i call 150 to check my mins it keeps asking me for a pay as you go number!!!

But i am not on Pay as you go im on a 30 day rolling contract.

Has anyone had the same problem?

  • Hi rich_shot2003, I work for Orange and may be able to help.

    As lufcgirl suggests, you should only be prompted to enter your Orange Pay As You Go number if you have called 450 from your phone.

    If you are calling 150 and are being asked to enter a Pay As You Go number, please contact me via the email address in my profile page and I will give you a call to discuss. Please include your mobile/account number and preferred contact number. If you can also include your username from this site so I can link the email to your post, that would be great.
