Suppliers who let you switch to non-Economy 7 tariff on same meter

We did ours with British Gas but they did say it was dependant on area.

Do you mean Scottish Power? I am paying more than I should be with Economy 7 since I hardly use electricity at night.
I'll look into switching to Eon or BG. Thanks!
Are you sure that you are paying more for E7?
In certain circumstances, customers of Scottish Power on E7 will pay less than the equivilent non-E7 tariff with them, even if they use no electricity overnight.
