Evening all,
just had a call from talk talk on the 18 month "anniversary" of my
BB and landline deal with them. Currently on a now defunct
Global evening and weekend package which I'd really like to
keep. Bit of a confusing chat with TT Cust service, who assured
me I'd keep my old deal and have two months half price for renewing.
Asked them to hangfire 48hrs for met to have a think.
Could anybody with gen give us any further info before I get a
call back from them? Have had no issues with this mob since
leaving Virgin for them, had nice quidco cash back of a £100
and don't know if I could do any better. think I'm paying about
16.99 month or so!!!???
Cheers

funny enough i have had a couple of conversations with them regarding my old Global account,
i kept being sent letters saying they were changing me to mytalk at £6.99 and as i explained to them this is more than i already pay. i can tell you you will NOT be able to keep your old plan. my first call to retentions told me i could keep it but that was untrue apparently
i told them i was not prepared to pay more for the same plan and they said they only do 2 plans now (both of which were more expensive than my old plan) anyway the up and down is that i now have a reduction on my account for 3 months to keepit in line with what i used to pay but this will be reviewed in 3 months time
i should say i am not on a unbundled exchange so cannot get the very cheap plans worse luck
HTHWhen you know better you do better0
