Don't forget the network might allow upgrade but that means a new contract term being added to existing term.
The time you can leave a network is when your existing contract ends. So upgrade in Jan with the network might be possible (at network's discretion) but actual contract end might be in Feb/March ... etc. So you might have to wait to move to another network.0 -
oh yeah we understand that, we will wait til april to get new contract with new company

thank you for that, well we got an email today saying that the one i got has been recieved and sent for cancellation, but nothing about his.
they are both in his name although i deal with money etc, will he have to email you or can i?0 -
surely if both phones were sent together then they should have both
what does tracking say on the special delivery ?0 -
tracking still says come back later, however recieved second email today to say other one has been recieved, and cancellaton sent off and that we may still be charged for this month? d'oh!0

I would complain about that, you kept your part by sending phones back within time frame specified so they should keep to their part (but then again, most businesses try n stiff the customers in one way or another)0

they have said that if we do get charged they will refund it so i guess thats a good thing
