How about calling NIBE and asking to speak to the Techincal Manager Lee and then explain you have been referred to them via this forum from albyota after seein the email that was sent to Albyota.
And ensure you get a reference number when you do call through, if you are not getting anywhere like I say ask to speak to the manager.

If you have no such luck with NIBE how about posting on this forum a request for an engineer:
