What can i do with unset marmalade?

I tried a lovely chocolate/marmalade bread & butter pudding whilst visiting friends. Sounds a bit unusual but was delicious0

Mix some with a little light soy sauce,honey,dash of chili & use as a stir fry sauce or just mix with honey & use over oven roasted carrots & parsnips.0
