Got mine yesterday, it will do as a gardening coat!!
Will have to wait for my statement to see what I've been charged, but the code I used was def for free p+p too, and I think that was advertised on the web site. You should check out the web site to see what the code was for before paying it!

i got email confirmation this morning that mine had been despatched and postage has been included.yes it did say so on the original order BUT it did say on the site that it's free if u order online.
  • I also have received a confirmation that my jacket has been despatched. I want to track the order via "my account" but I don't know my customer reference number. I have my order confirmation email which has some numbers towards the bottom - just above 'confidenitality', 'Data Protection Act' and 'Warning'. Is this the number I should use? I have tried various combinations but none work. Cany anyone help me please?

    Thanks

Look on the website for a contact phone number and they should give you your details.

    Hope this helps

I ordered this but didn't see the option to pay by card..... and then got a letter saying that I had been refused an acount

So I've re-registered, ordered again and paid by card. I e-mailed them about the P&P and they replied saying that I needed a code for it . I have replied saying that on the homepage it clearly states that P&P is free if you order online.

Who knows what will happen...I bought some garden ornaments to so my total came to 8 and a haf quid.....INCLUDING P&P.
Still thanks to Supers for posting this, you weren't to know that this company are a bit useless!!!
