courier called to pick up horrible sweatshirt on wed 2 feb but I'm still on a scarf I can't really give mother in law coat without it. I'm hoping it is a matching set lol

Got an email today saying my "white accessories" have been dispatched but no mention of the lovely coat or Scarf

I've emailed asking if my gifts will also be delivered and querying the fact they're charging me postage.

I recieved this today! No coat and no scarf!
Just 2 ring sizers which I have been charged 2.45 p&p for this is definitely going straight back. Just hope its free returns?

Still no response via email today (after 4 days) so gave them a call, got an apology and they've now sorted the order for the Parka and Scarf and will refund the p&p to my card.

It's nice to see somebody is getting somewhere with this company. This afternoon, I spoke to the most arrogant customer service person it's ever been my misfortune to come across. A letter of complaint will be winging it's way to them in the morning. Personally, I'll never be ordering another thing off this company, even if it is a 1920's parka coat at no charge. They're worse than the Shop Direct Group of Cowboys !!! :mad:

But I'm not bitter !!
