O2 broadband deal - existing supplier BE

Hi,

I'm with BE at the mo and have been told I still qualify for the current O2 deal. Thing is I need my MAC code and phoned BE today. They said they have sent a request to BT to provide my MAC code in 5 days....That means I could miss out on the cash back offer which closes on Tuesday 16th.

Anyone know how I can get my MAC code eariler than 5 days ??? Why can't they just give it to me straight away?

They probably will do it earlier, but they're allowed 5 working days to supply it.
Which cashback offer are you referring to?

I'm in the process of doing exactly the same thing. Just requested my MAC code from Be and have been told it'll be with me within 24hrs by email.
