Indeed. Google, "property bee". It is an add on for Firefox.I can take no responsibility for the use of any free comments given, any actions taken are the sole decision of the individual in question after consideration of my free comments.
That also means I cannot share in any profits from any decisions made!;)0 -
Only thing is, a lot of EA's are developing a habit of "relaunching" properties that have been hanging around a while - i.e. they take it off the market then put it back on as if it's new - and this upsets the figures as the clock goes back to zero.0

I *think* that Property Bee only lists the amount of days the property has been available for with the current agent, so if it has been on with another agent before then it's not particularly accurate.
Running Horse you advice is spot on........just ask!
I'm feeling in a generous mood today so if you want to PM me the postcode I can check Rightmove's admin site.....as long as it's been with agent(s) that list on Rightmove. My home is usually the House Buying, Renting and Selling Forum where I can be found trying to (sometimes unsucessfully) prove that not all Estate Agents are crooks. With 20 years experience of Sales/Lettings and having bought and sold many of my own properties I've usually got something to say
Ignore......check!0 -

Thanks, pm on it's way.:hello:0 -
Ive said it here before, on here. and this works providing the estate agent dosn't change the pics....... look at whats growing in the garden, you can usually pin it to 5-6 weeks.
Years ago (before all these other sites) I suprised an estate agent by predicting that a house had been up for sale for ages..... it was Autumn, and the garden pics showed snowdrops......... speaks for its self.0 -
I've just had a look at property snake and most of the listings are incorrect. i think most people believe property bee is the best.0

That's a good idea sprocker1, this property only has a wall with flowers on the top, no garden at all, and I can see poppies, so I guess it's been for sale longer than we initially thought.:hello:0
