e2save Cashback Question
I'm just about to fill in my first cashback claim and attach it to my Orange mobile bill.
It's an online bill.
I've printed off all four pages, but the last two are my itemised information.
Do e2save require all four pages or can I just send them the main information which is on the first two pages of the bill?

as long as the first 2 pages contain all the info they ask for in the t&cs, those should be sufficient.
but if you've already printed them off, there's no harm in sending those in too.0 -
What do you have to attach to the orange bill? I thought you just needed to send the bill.0

You need to send a cash back claim form.
On the e2save site there is a link (you need to log in) which downloads a PDF file.
You print off two pages which contains 6 cashback "stubs" (3 on each page).
They are named "Claim ONE" "Claim TWO" etc...
You complete and attach one to your bill everytime you claim cashback.0 -
you're welcome dopple....
wakeupalarm - you don't strictly have to send in a voucher - there is a specific q&a bit about this on the E2Save cashback help section, clearly stating that you don't need to use a coupon, just the bill will do.
however, it is useful, as it enables you to fill out your customer number, details etc on a small slip which gives then all the info they need., should any 'discrepancies' or 'problems' arise with your claim....as you know, in the cashback world, every little helps!!0 -
Hi,
We have received this repsonse from e2save:
"Hi,
In order to claim your cashback with an Orange bill please send in the first two pages providing they show the following information.
Name
Address
Mobile Number
Bill date
Tariff
Previous month paid.
Please note we no longer require you to send in claim vouchers and haven’t done for a long time just your bill is sufficient.
If you have any further questions Dopple please don’t hesitate to contact me at sarahw@e2save.com
Thanks,
Sarah"0
