Help - The Link W810i Cashback 02 200

Hey all,

Looking for a bit of help at the weekend I ordered a Sony W810i on 02 200 through "The Link" on the 9 months 1/2 price line rental. Now it seems The Link have a whole batch of new cashback forms on their site starting tomorrow and haven't archived the ones for the start of July on their site.

Did anyone else order this package over the weekend or in the last couple of weeks, if you have and you have the cashback form please PM me and I'll be very grateful!

I just had the same problem on Nokia 6270 that I ordered.

It says on their website to get in touch with the aftersales team. I have emailed the aftersales people and waiting for them to reply, or you could give them a call - number is on the website

Ordered the Nokia 6270 as well, annoying the link to the cashback voucher link is down just hope after sales gets the cashback vouchers right, they have just switched the tarrifs over from 02 200 to 02 250.

I believe that I have a copy of the 6270 cashback vouchers (I assume that you're referring to the 10 months free refurbished deal that they recently advertised?). If the aftersales team aren't able to help you, PM me your email address and I'll gladly send you a copy.

re. W810i vouchers...sorry, I can't help there. I never had that deal listed on the Reestit Mutton site so I had no reason to download those particular vouchers.

I wouldn't panic, they normally update their archive towards the end of the month with all their claim forms for their deals. Given that you normally have to wait 3 months before your first claim you don't need to worry about having the form right now.

Pop in store and they should be able to print one off the system.

Looks like the site has been updated with a small archive for O2 deals for the start of july.
