Now, I'm sorry if this really is a genuine buyer, but it's just making me very very wary of the whole situation

You should be wary. It is a scam of some sort!

Apart from the genuine "Sold now" emails from Amazon don't have address details in, forcing you to go into your seller account and print out the dispatch note, so if you get an email from Amazon with an address in, alarm bells should be ringing.

Yeah I agree sounds dicey now i would ignore them not worth the hassle.

Not worth bothering with them, make sure you block them on Ebay
