            never ever nigeria,, ESPECIALLY if they mention family and God,, things you dont need to know about 99.9% of people dont just tell people about their family when buying a phone off a person on ebay0

 The problems is these are typically knows as Nigerian scams, even using the term 419 scam refers to the legal sytem in Nigeria. These scams as the second biggest economy in that part of the world unfortunately.
 I agree though that it might be better to use the term 419scammer in the feedback.

 You are quite correct that after going through the full NPB systm the FVFs will be refunded. However, if you relist too early then it can be very difficult to get the listing fee credit. Indeed, the second listing is not free anyway, all that happen is that if it does sell the second time you get that second lot of basic listing fees back, ie additions like gallery and other extras are not refunded.

 It'd be hard to have missed that I lurk on the ebay forums and it crops up at least a couple of times a day. I suppose it's difficult to have a balanced view of Nigerians when scamming westerners is the national sport.                        My TV is broken!
