I looked on google and saw no UK entries, I saw Holland and Egypt. Although BNP Paribas operate Arval/Allstar fuelcards in the UK

Then I think you can conclude that the poster was referring to the British National party and was trying to be clever.

Sorry, you are quite correct their call centre Is in Chatham, however their correspondance office is Southend.

I *think* that the majority of the Lloyds jobs are being relocated to the other offices with a significant number of redundancies.

And whats wrong with Brighton Folk eh?

I just called Amex and their hold music......... JOURNEY!!!!!! I love em Only on hold for 30 seconds which, IMHO, was not long enough!!

As for Vanquis, My friend always seemed to get advisors called Grant or Kate, Once she did get Malcom in collections

I try and avoid calling them.... I do find it odd though that your friend tells you all about her dealings with vanquis though....

Does anyone know about Capital One, seeing as this is listed as the best non-amex cashback card? Otherwise I will select Egg based on the recommendation...
