Dead Pixel on Brand New Dell Laptop

I had exactly this happen to me only with PC world. I managed to get them to change mine only after a few very loud words were exchanged in the store though as they were insisting unless there were more than 6 dead pixels they didn't class it as a fault. My answer was "and whereabouts is this stated, inside the store or on my receipt, it isn't and you're just making things up" faulty is faulty in any language, you cannot have not faulty enough. Sorry about the rant but companies that treat customers like this make my blood boil0
