Hi there
I have turned to you guys because you have given me invaluable info on numerous occasions.
Here is my dilemma. I am about to move house (with the Army on 11 August) into a new property to which I have had to pay 125 quid connections fee to Bt and have signed up for their 11 quid basic package. I work on average 44 hours per week as a Chat Moderator for and online bingo site. I need a good reliable broadband service and have been told that BT and NTL cannot provide this service for me. I dont as a rule download music or games etc but would like to have that option if and when required. My greatest need is for work.. Any advice on a good realiable ISP provider would be greatly appreciated.

zazizam have always appeared to be reliable for me... although as it appears you are using broadband for work purposes, you should probably consider business broadband instead - as there is a lower contention ration... but I won't tell anyone lol0

Check out Zen Internet. They cost a bit more, but are reknowned for their reliability and customer service. I've used them for a long time now, and haven't even had a five minute problem with their service. My connection runs at full speed 24/7, and they don't throttle any kind of services on their network. How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?

Hi
I'm with UKFSN, Home Max 30 Upto 8mb speed, 1mth contract, 30gb on peak, 300gb off peak cap per month, for £19.99mth, they also do Office packages which have a higher allowance on Upload Speed and also a higher priority during peak periods.
I think the only thing you would have to check is their activation fee, because you haven't had broadband before, the isps have to pay BT to enable broadband on your line.

Or try Freeola, Upto 8mb speed, 30gb on peak, 300gb off peak cap per mth, 3mth trail period for £14.99mth, then it converts to £24.99mth, so once thats finished you could rush over to UKFSN for £19.99mth:)

Both resellers of Entanet, compare at http://www.adslguide.org.uk/isps/compare.asp0
