can anyone help?
on the basis that 02 changed their agreement i wrote to them saying i wanted to cancel-someone else did at the same time and they agreed to cancel with no charges but said to me they had given me notice and i had not used the specific service anyway
this other person hadnt used it either but got the cancellation
how can i word it better without sounding stupid?
i dont see how one person can get one response and someone else the total opposite
