I've had one of these for about 2 years, bought it originally from this shop too. I've had no problems with it. I don't use it alot though, maybe once a week, but it is handy to have.

Hi there,
I have one, which I think is this.
Works superbly well, except for 2 things...
1. It doesn't work with my Nokia 6300 (despite the list), which is bluetooth 2.0 (I think), the hands-free is a previous bluetooth incarnation and there's no reason it shouldn't work with the 6300 - but it doesn't. New firmware in the phone might sort it out.
2. Volume of the speaker. This seems to vary with the type of phone it's paired to. At best, it's great in (for example) a quiet lounge, but in a noisy car at ~60mph - it's far too quiet. Might be ok whilst stationary in a traffic jam, but not much use belting up and down the motorway.
Be intersted to hear other peoples experiences with these sort of things, I also hate the things that stick in your ear!Andy
The older I get, the better I was...0 -

Was £13 when I bought it though.0 -
On a related note, I imagine the visor gets its power from the cigarette lighter socket.
Sat navs also use the cigarette lighter.
Can your run both at the same time? Or do you rely on charging the sat nav elsewhere?0 -
A visor kit will normally run for 30 or more hours in standby with about 8 hours of talk time between charges. You don't need it permanently plugged in. Mine also came with a mains charger so could be charged in the house between trips. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. The one I've got is car charged or home charged and its got a standby life of a few days...0 -
This one gets good reviews, it is slim too. The only problem with mine is when it is sunny and I flip the visor back to block the sun, it doesn't go as far back as it should.
