oneroam website down

im away in germany and have been using oneroam for my calls and upto now am pleased with the service but
have just gone to top up and the web site is down
I am not im despartate need of extra credit but it does show that you could be find yourself in a situation with no credit your phone since there web site is the only option to re credit phone ( if you have not taken the auto top up option )
I am not keen on setting up auto top up as like the idea of having the security of not giving a blank cheque if the phone if the phone is stolen
