HTC Hero Graphite

Hi. I think the Graphite refers to the Colour? I have an HTC Hero (in white) and I do like the phone but ..... I am getting a really irritating problem with it just wiping out all my texts after an application error (google "acore")
For that reason - and the fact that it keeps happening at random despite doing hardware resets and stuff, I don't know if I would get another Hero.
I do like HTC phones though and have had loads of them and would get another HTC for sure, just not an android/google phone.0 -
just a bit of advice thx is the HTC Hero Graphite a good phone ? i hear a lot of good things about HTC thx
The HTC Hero is generally considered a very good device.
The interface is slick and customisable, it's particularly suitable for those who like to embrace the mobile internet.
Only real downside is the camera which has no flash and is difficult to shoot and focus. (It's probably worse than the iPhone camera)
HTC are releasing a successor in a couple of months (HTC Legend), so it may be worth waiting for that, or getting a bargain on the Hero.
3 are currently doing the Hero for free on a cracking deal for £23.45/month (750 mins/UL texts) on an 18 month contract. If you go through Quidco, you can get £80 cashback. You'd probably want to add internet for £5/month as well, so the equivalent is about £24/month.0 -
