High Level Complaints at 02? Anyone?

I've tried to get an issue sorted out unsuccessfully with 02 for four months now (they keep charging me my old contract price of £45 a month instead of the new one of £15) and I've been utterly patient with them.
No more - their customer service is absolutely abysmal.
So, is there a higher up I can talk to? Anyone got a number for serious complaints that isn't a bloomin' 10p a minute job that lets me speak to Clueless Clara and her transfer-happy fingers?

Give the following number a call, it will connect you through to Peter Erskine's Senior Customer Relations Team at there Head Office. This is the highest department in O2 you can speak to.
I have dealt with them earlier this year and have found them to be excellent in resolving problems and complaints.
The number is: 0845 33006840 -
yes there are the best, I am out of contract and had 5 new mobiles off them and they have wrote my 750 text/calls tarrif down to £5 a month!! And I got an up grade they transfered the old number to pay as you go which normal o2 can not offer...
Plus I have been told that should I have any other problems to go back to them!!0 -

suppose you could always ask for the Press Office. Seems to work wonders these days (Vodafone, Thames Water, Lufthansa, Entnet... I could go on). Mention that you are gathering info for a case that is being looked into by the consumer section of the (national paper)....
works for me everytime0 -
