We make ours in a big jug too, bung it all in and mix up with hand blender. We always add and extra egg yolk and it makes the batter slightly thicker.
Simple lemon and sugar here nowadays, but we also like cherry pie filling and ice-cream ( a little chef favourite - 'jubilee' pancake :rotfl:)0 -

Does anyone remember the Dutch Pancake House? Used to be one in the centre of Manchester, the plates were enormous, you could have any filling you wanted sweet or savoury.
I went to that place the one and only time I've been to Manchester, it was fantastic and yes, the plates (and pancakes!) were massive and very yummy.0 -
Get a sausage pattie and it'll be like a McD's brekkie..Mmmmmmmmm!

Anyone know whether you can buy sausage patties?
Costco do them
Lovely with some maple syrup
There's a lovely pancake house in Ealing...
Will be making some tommorrow - easy peasy! Probably do some savoury (tuna melts, ham and cheese) and sweet (can't beat nutella! Although lemon and sugar is good too
