The Mrs always says im a !!!!!!.
She must think its pancake day everyday :rotfl:

Don't waste your money on packaged mixes, a bit of flour, some eggs and some milk and your good to go.

For filling you cant beat cherry pie filling and vanilla ice cream. Yummy

Just your bog standard plain flour, about 200g, a couple of eggs and a pint of milk and maybe a pinch of salt, some people like to melt a couple of ounces of butter in to it but I dont see the need really.
  • On the Ministry of Food Jamie Oliver suggested: A mug of plain flour, a mug of milk and an egg and pinch of salt (not really necessary IMO). Beat together and fry small amounts until golden.

Lots of info here on tossing :P, and how to see if they are ready.

    It's only a game

Yes, Tesco had that £1 pancake mix nicely placed just as you walk in and people were stopping and picking it up.

Go real then you know what's in it - eggs, flour and milk is all you need, nothing else, no additives or salt.

A sprinkle of sugar and a squeeze of a freshly sliced lemon - yum!
