Virgin Media have overcharged me

Hi all, I was on a £10 per month bundle 2 package, which was sold to me over the phone. On checking my credit card statement b4 Christmas, i noticed that my Virgin Media charges had risen markedly.

Just had a letter in reply to my complaint from VM stating that i should have been told my when i took the £10 package, that it would revert to a standard £14.99 per month package. They stated that they don't have the capabilities to inform every customer of changes to their packages...what a joke in this day and age.

They won't refund any service charges...some £30 ish.

Any ideas as to what i do next....Ofcom?....my bank?

Your input would be most helpful....regards....Rick :)
