Has any one had experience of this survey company?
GfK NOP Talkabout TV Survey
They seem to be a reputable company and I enjoy doing the daily surveys.
I am puzzled, however, bythe fact that despite numerous emails to them, they still have not displayed a list of winners, although they say they are looking into it. As you can see from the exerpt below, they say winner list is avialable on their news page [which it isnt].
Is this a breach of terms and conditions? Can surveys get away with this or is this a breach of some consumer regulations?

''How will I know if I've won anything in the prize draw
Every winner is notified personally via e-mail. In addition, by clicking on the ‘News’ button you can find information on the monthly prize draw, including lists of winners (initials and place of residence only) as well as dates for the next draw.''
Any comments, suggestions? Thanks!

They are the old National Opinion Polls, I used to get quite a few through iPoints but not had any for ages and I won £50 in their monthly draw once (so it does happen!)0

Thanks for reply. pleased to hear you won.
My gripe is that it does look a bit suspicious if they do not display a winners list, when they have stated that they do.0 -
They can only display a list of the winners if they have either sort the permission of the winners to identify them after they have won or if the terms and conditions of entering state that you will be identified if you win. If they havent sorted this end out then it would potentially be a breach of the data protection act for them to list the winners which is a much more serious issue for them than not displaying the winners names. All posts made are simply my own opinions and are neither professional advice nor the opinions of my employers
