T Mobile can't unlock my phone
Coming to the end of my T mobile contract - they have been a shambles I have my PAC code and I paid to get my phone unlocked The code didn't work so I called the number given The checked the imei no which was different and then they gave me a new code That came up with not allowed.
They then said this was common with Nolia's and there was nothing else they could do - other than refund the charge!
So be careful if you buy a T Moile phone you may be locked in for life

You should only get that if you've entered the code wrong 3 times ?
It can still be unlocked in a phone shop with the right hardware...0
