Wow, thanks guys! I knew they would start calling non-stop and was prepared for it, but just not in work. I can't even take personal calls in work, let alone rude creditors harrassing me. I have no idea where they go my direct dial from either. I gather Santander will also do the same....sigh.

I havent contacted CCCS yet, Its only been a week and a half since I transfered over, and I've had family problems so literally put everything on hold. Right now, I'm trying to also get things sorted I haven't been able to afford before - namely dental fees (I'm looking at paying a few hundred, but getting a dental plan) as well as keeping money aside. Maybe, if I can sort myself out well enough I might even be looking at DRO. As someone pointed out, I will end up having an IPA even with bankruptcy because I work full time and will have some surplus. I don't know...

I've copied and pasted the letter template onto Word, and also added the bit which requests the removal of all numbers stored (this is ok, yes?). tbh, they can ring my mobile till the cows come home and I wont answer, just not at work. Barclaycard rang me on 4 different numbers in under an hour yesterday. I had two calls after I left for the day also. This is just a few days in. Gits.
